About the Game
Solitaire Blaster is a blitzed-out, fast paced version of the classic card game. You race against the clock to sort playing cards, earn rewards for fast placement, and face consequences when time runs out.
The goal is to complete the Solitaire sorting as quickly as possible. Every few seconds, the player must either properly place a new card to free a hidden card or suffer the consequences with another card blasting into one of the columns. Varying levels of difficulty accommodate a wide variety of playing styles.
Basic Rules
Solitaire Blaster differs from Classic Solitaire in that there is an added time pressure. A counter in the lower right corner indicates the remaining time for the current cycle. Within the the cycle time remaining, the player must make 3 legal solitaire moves.
As each legal move is made, a marker is placed beside the counter. If three markers are earned before the countdown reaches zero, then the player is rewarded as a hidden card is blasted from a column back into the Card Deck.
However, if the player fails to earn three markers within a cycle, then all markers are wiped out and a card is blasted from the Card Deck into one of the columns as an additional card.
In this game, speed is rewarded. The faster you can place each card, then the better chances you have of sorting all the cards and winning the game. If you are unable to keep up with each cycle, then eventually the every card from the Card Deck will be inserted into a playing column and the game will end.
Game difficulty is set by the speed of the timer. By default, the game is set to Easy, which offers a slower cycle time.
