Solicheck for Xbox 360 Released

Announcing the the public launch of EnvyGames’ first commercial game, Solicheck. Solicheck is a unique casual game in which you advance through the levels by jumping checker pieces diagonally across a checkerboard. Points are earned for each successful jump and bonus points are awarded for landing on a bonus space and for beating the timer. The game was created with the Torque X game engine, by GarageGames. It features multiple levels with changing background scenes and music, an assortment of particle effects, and full-screen bloom effect to soften the scene.

The game also ties in closely to the Xbox 360 Dashboard features and lets you sign in with different Xbox LIVE accounts to track your high score and even replace the game default background music with your own favorite tunes played back from your own music library.

Solicheck will appear on the Xbox LIVE Community Games portal with exposure to all Xbox LIVE Gold Members. The game sells for 200 points and should make for a fun casual game for players of all ages. EnvyGames is already working on the next commercial game title for the Xbox 360; an arcade flight-combat game targeted for release in early 2009.
